Not every sim card is compatible. I think that it needs to have a specific codec, so you have to use their sim card. Its not very expensive, but there are cheaper options on the market

The battery indicator is not accurate at all. On the app I can see that the tracker is almost fully charged, but once I lost my travel bag at the airport(I had the tracker in it) and when I tried to connect to it, it was not working because it was out of battery.. I now have to charge it everytime before I use, even though that they say the battry life is of 30 days. I do not know why this happens to me because the guy that recommended me this tracker nevery had any issues. I give this tracker 3 stars because when its working it does its job well

In cold countries like Rusia where there is a lot of snow during winter, the PRO tracker is useles. It can fall very easy from the car. I got mini tracker installed in my trunk and works great. i sold the pro one because I was afraid I will lose it :)
